Free Anonymous Texting Online App Issues: cyber bullying, threats & harassment

The way people abuse mms texting apps is why many apps have died off. All the backlash that comes with it can become a little much. People don't want to be involved or associated with an anonymous app. There will always be a negative connotation associated with anonymous apps.

In the beginning, I had parents to the police call me. So this is my personal take concerning my app being used in a negative manner. If a person sends you a picture text message from my app they have to know your mobile number or email address. I didn't give them your mobile number or email address. Without your mobile number or email address, they can not use my app. So the issue should be with the person that give them your mobile number or email address, not my app. That may seem a little harsh, but I'm just really trying to make a point.

Nevertheless I digress, I have zero tolerance for harassment, threats being made or bullying. So, I have took steps and made provision if one should encounter such abuse. If you do receive an anonymous picture text message you can go to our support page and block your number.

Now let me go back to the beginning. I didn't set out to build an anonymous app. It just kind of happen. I actually built an app that you could send multiply people the same text. The idea was that the people would not be in your phone, but in our database. The anonymous app was create to hopefully send people to the Group Text Connect app, but it really didn't work out to be. More people where interested in being anonymous while sending text message. I add the picture piece for fun and here we are.
